I guess it all depends on your experience with OEM versus aftermarket.
Some OEM I like, the trailer hitch for one.
Some I don't, like the tires, battery, floor mats.
I don't use a cargo cover for two reasons.
1. It's generally in the way of the cargo I'm trying to place in the vehicle or gets in my own way.
2. My personal experience in my area (which is relatively crime free) a vehicle with a cargo area cover tends to get broken into more often.

. Looks great works great. I have taken it on and off and rolled it out of the way -never a problem, easy to install. I would certainly buy it again.
