6th gear
HI all
I have a 2012 cx5 with 88000 miles on the clock and runs like a dream. but recentlry when in 6th gear the gear stick starts to vibrate it keeps popping out into neutral....
any ideas ??

Jumping into neutral which is your issue I am answering you about.
Loose engine or transmission mounts are what can cause that issue.
If they get loose enough the issue can progress to any gear you are in, if your hand is not on the shifter.
Check and make sure all bolts are all there, none missing, and tightened properly.
If that doesn't solve your issue than you will need to look at other causes (broken motor mount, worn shifter, transmission, etc.)

I would not change the fluid without changing the filter.
Lobstah, this person has a manual gearbox, not a auto.
