21 CX-5 - Underside seriously buttoned up.
Well. Son has moved to Austin, TX, chasing a girlfriend. He picked a 2013 Toyota down there at a quite reasonable price (bought it from his girlfriend),
so the cheapo-cheapo looking Chevy Cobalt ended up being mine. (Don't go to a "power lunch" with a 2008 Chevy Cobalt LS unless you park way, way, way in the back!). So, Son was interested in what happened but it wasn't his problem any longer. I was out the poor man's car and had to go out and find a car in the worst market you could ever expect to find.
My Wife had had it with driving such vehicles and I had to make a dent in my retirement savings to buy the new CX-5. But such is life.
Thank you, RMV

Reuben, next time you change hoses like this, use 'hair spray' to lubricate the metal piece and then quickly slip on the hose end and apply the clamps.
Recall wife was upset when I used it all up.
