With the new Infotainment system that comes on the 2021, it appears that "Flexible" Oil Maintenance monitor is no longer available. If you drill down far enough under Information, the options are Manual or Automatic. As usual the Owner's manual is outdated re: 2021 changes. About to perform the first oil change and everything I can find tells me that I need to reset the monitoring system, that I figured out; but the "flexible" monitoring option I also found sounds interesting.

Can anybody point me in the right direction or confirm my findings? Thanks.
