I'd have to imagine it's a wiring or ground issue somewhere. Maybe even try getting your battery's health tested just in case.

As for wiring issue they will charge a fortune even under warranty because they are telling me there is nothing wrong.
Maybe the Bose amp channel is faulty
We will see next oil change when I bring it in

If you can, try to record the issue with the volume loud for proof. I would also contact other dealers and have them look at it. If the issue persists they have to fix it under the warranty. I hope one of the dealers will help you, otherwise you'll have to contact Mazda's U.S. headquarters.
