Angry 2019 CX-5 Signature Sirius XM Problem

When listening to music via Sirius XM, the center display in our car will not change/update when a new song comes on. The audio is fine, as well as everything else to do with music playback via Sirius XM... but the center display locks up and will not show the current song being played. This usually happens after starting the car and about 2-4 songs have played. Changing Sirius XM channels seems to make the problem worse. Also, whenever a DJ or commercial comes on and then back to music, the problem is exacerbated.
We have had the car to the dealership 3 times and they insist the problem lies with Sirius XM. I have "refreshed" the Sirius XM signal to the car several times with no help. Called Sirius XM and they point the finger back at Mazda and suggested we do a factory reset on the system. Problem has been going on several months and cant seem to get anyone to take ownership of the problem.
Anyone out there experience the same problem? Fixes or Issue resolved somehow? Thanks!

This won't help you but...
I did a bit of research.
This seems is an issue with Sirius XM over multiple manufacturers and models.
Appears to a relatively minor occurrence and Sirius always says "refresh" and/or it's the vehicle manufacturers problem.
