Default 2019 CX-5, Low Speed Lurching

Hi All, I own a 2016 and 2019 CX-5. The 2019 has a hesitation/lurching reaction at low speeds....about 25 MPH. This occurs mostly when driving in and out of neighborhoods at that speed. It is annoying. I have complained about it at the dealer and the mechanic told me it is a know characteristic in this year/model but there is no available fix. Really, I like the 2016 better because it does not do this. Does anyone else have this problem. And, is there any sign of a fix coming?

I have a 2019 GT Reserve but have not experienced any noticeable lurching at low speed. Is the behavior affected by using Sport mode?

The same problem here. I think the lurching is the transmission shifting up or down at these slow speeds and it is annoying. When you tromp on the gas it is smooth as silk but trying to go slow in traffic around 12mph it is not smooth. I checked the oil level in the transmission and it's ok.

Yes, that is what it feel like. Like the car does not know where to up shift or down shift and it keeps going back and forth. I am going to ask the dealer about it again and insist the test drive it.

Not sure if it does this in sport mode. I will check next time I get in the car.
