I have the same car without the Premium Package but I paid an extra $595 for the Soul Red and mine was $31,215. I don't know what the Premium Package costs but that price sounds in line.

 

Look at the website of a few local dealers and check out the national car comparison sites like Edmunds.com. Prices vary by region and there may be hidden costs that you may not figure out until later.

I searched a Maryland dealership and found an Eternal Blue Mica 2018 CX-5 GT with the Premium package. Their cost is $28,984 plus $299 dealer processing fee (not required by law) and freight charges of $995, tax and title work. Their Internet Price reflects the $500 - Customer Cash. I suspect I could get the 0.9% financing on top of this deal.

When I buy a car, I like to know the best deal from 3 or 4 dealers and ask the dealer who has the exact car I want to match the best price I could find.
