Trouble shooting of no sound, music button inactive, fuses all good, blue tooth connects - leads me to believe the bose amp as failed. Any recommendations for a Canadian repair company.

I suggest you go to an Auto stereo shop and have them test the amp.

 

The trouble in Canada is finding a qualified shop to bench evaluate. I used the engineering diagnostic - and many timed out communications.

I'll see if I can find one --- but the dealer may be the only choice, unless I get the shop manual and follow the trouble shoot sequences.
