Default 2016 CX-5 gauges cluster not functioning

At about 35,000 started experiencing the gauges not working, not even illuminating at startup still off while driving. Side mirror lane warning icon also not working. Mazda does not know what to do.

Does not happen all of the time.

Anybody else experience this?

What exactly does "Mazda does not know what to do." mean?

Default Gauges not working

Mazda corporate or dealer support has not heard of this. They have had the car for three days with no solution. At least that is what I am told.

Well the car's still under warranty, you've no doubt got a loaner and the monkey's on their back. My guess is they'll figure it out.

Dealer had it for over a week and recreated the problem. Mazda dealer support had no answers so they pulled the dash, reconnected the main connector and say it is fixed. Hopefully so since I am at 36500 miles.

Any work done under warranty is good for 12 months/12k miles, so you're covered.
