I recently bought a used mazda 6 2004 sport wagon. When I got the car home I realized that some of my stereo buttons weren't functioning at all. Specifically the left side steering wheel (cruise works fine) and everything besides the volume and tuning *****. This would include the stereo presets, cd changer, input selection, etc. I have checked the fuses labeled for audio but each was still intact. Has anyone had this problem before? Or any advice?

This is my first post, and i'm not really a car guy, just a newb with a problem.

so just the steering wheel controls dont work? or if u try and use the actual button on the deck they dont work either?

if the fuses are ok, try taking out the deck and make sure all the connections are hooked up behind the stereo if u havent done it already.
