Default 2015 CX5 GT Rough idle and running

Hello everyone,
I have a little bit of an odd situation.

The other day I was on my way home, trying to beat a red light as we all do, was on the brake pretty hard, made my turn and then things got.......weird.

It started with a power in power, then the check engine light came on, then the traction control light. And then the tpms light came on and then the car had next to no power during acceleration.

Was able to limp ot home, shut it off. Checked battery terminals to ensure a good fit. Turned the car back on and the dash lights cleared and I now have rough idle.

Took it to mazda and they stated it was a bad ignition coil causing a misfire on cylinder 3. So I ordered a new coil, installed it and no change with the rough idle. My next step will be to swap out all the plugs and coils.

My question is, has anyone found themselves in the same boat with this car? Any help is appreciated.

This is your vehicle, so you're free to throw parts if that's what you like to do. My choice would be to diagnose, starting with trying to evaluate what the code(s) might be indicating.

Wife left the light on and killed battery. Gave it a boost with the noco and fired right up but now runs rough at idle. Rev it and it seems fine. Drive it at all super rough so i parked it. Check engine is on along with tpms light and TCS light is on. I don't have a code reader but will pick one up. Any ideas Showbox jiofi.local.html tplinklogin for now? Has 90Km on it.

When a battery is fully discharged or disconnected, the system will have to relearn a lot. It should improve after several days of driving. The lights might be the result of codes thrown as a result of the dead battery. This happened on my Jeep and the dealer had to clear the codes which resolved all issues.
