2014 CX-5 No Sound
Hey folks,
We have 2014 CX-5 Touring with the Bose sound system. Recently the sound on the stereo stopped working completely. The touchscreen works, the bluetooth connects to my phone, I can choose a radio station, but nothing generates sound. Any one run into this issue? Any ideas?

Problem Solved
Actually yes! I read in other posts that the Bose amps are know to have problems so I reached out to Bose Automotive (https://automotive.bose.com/contact-us). They asked me to send the in defective amp and they sent out a replacement. The process took about 3 weeks, but I only had to pay for shipping to their offices.
