Default 2012 Mazda cx5 air conditioning issue

Hello,
when the a/c is on, I here a disturbing blowing of air from the system in the car and this happens every 5-10 seconds. I noticed that the a/c compressor starts and stops automatically according to the temp of the system set, but the blowing when is starting is very annoying to hear it while you drive.... Honestly I never face a similar problem with any car. Can you please help what this might be the problem, why we here this? The cooling is perfect btw.

Define " Disturbing blowing of air" please.

With the same fan speed & settings, does it make the noise with the A/C switch Off?

The noise is only when the a/c is on and when the compressor starts, as is not working all the time. When I hear this noise, the air gets cooled amd is only of a few seconds. When the compressor stops, everything ok and again when the compressor starts again. Maybe it has something to do with the cooling liquid/gas of the compressor? But the a/c temp is perfect.

Is the sound like a pressure release noise?
If so, I'd check the refrigerant pressure for the A/C system. Pressure is probably low.
