Default CX-30 Awful

Brand new car- faults started 1 year in
- battery issues
- car failing to start
- car not being unable to unlock
- battery was changed twice
- updates not completed
- rubbish customer service both Mazda and garage.

Year two & current problems
- push button malfunction get car inspected
&
- headlight malfunction
does any one have any ideas on these issues?

currently in garage after being towed, they estimate a week before they will look at it- in meantime I have 48 hours car hire then left car less?

Mazda and "garage"? Is that code for being out of warranty and using an independent garage for service work? I read quite a bit here and can't say I've read much like this on the CX-30. I know an owner locally with a CX-30 and raves about how great it is and no issues at all. Sometimes there is a learning curve regarding how to use and maintain your Mazda.

What year do you have? How many miles? What is "headlight malfunction"? Flicker? Blink? Not on at all? Turning green? Pointing straight down? Out of fluid?

I have a 2021 CX30 with 84000km. It has been extremely reliable. Only major expense has been new tires,

Hmm well any new member that decides to use a user name like yours really should get little sympathy or attention!

Lots of complaints and really very little information about the service history?
IMHO there is little sense to help because you have so many unrelated problems and I am pretty sure you are not here to solve them?
But if you do then request a moderator to change your user name!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful? Our CX-30 battery died at 15k miles. Yes, that's early, but Mazda Roadside Assistance towed it to the dealership and they replaced the battery, all at no charge. It was in on Saturday and out by Tuesday. Not sure I would consider this "awful". This is our second CX-30 and it they have been great overall.
