Question Wheel & Tire Questions

Hi all, new to the forum and hoping I can get some help and recommendations
I just got my first Mazda truck, a 1988 B2200 and I'm trying to find a way to put some decent snow/studded tires on it, since I need to drive it this winter

The problem I'm having is that I can't find any snow tires in the size on the truck (205 75R14) and it looks like the only way I can get snow tires on it is to bump up to a 15" wheel from the current 14s.

Can anybody point me in a good direction?
Thanks!!

Welcome to the forum, and congrats on your first B2200! You can actually install wider tires than the 205's on your stock Mazda wheels.....probably up to 225mm width and with a shorter ratio at 65 or so. OR, you can step up to any GM, Nissan, or Toyota 15" six lug wheel in the same lug pattern (5.5" diameter I believe)......the Toyota and Nissan hub opening in the center of the wheel is large enough to fit over the Mazda hubs, but some of the GM wheels are of a smaller diameter than the Mazda hubs.

my 1991 B2200 has (215 75r14) trailer tires on it, i also need to replace the tires, Hancook has some cheaper tires for it. but i also could not find any nice A/t or snow tires for it.

Um.....you should never put trailer tires on a passenger vehicle. The sidewall of the trailer tire should state this also.
