This time last year I compleated my engine swap. I had put a Chevy 350 a turbo 350 tranny and a chevy 12 bolt rearend. I used a 1974 nova radiator and hoses. stock exhaust manifolds and ran dual exhaust with tubo mufflers. custom built my own shifter motor mounts tranny mounts and rearend mounts. it was a pretty good running set up. I had 2.56:1 gear ratio and could beat all my buddies cars. the reason i pulled it apart was i didnt have 3rd gear anymore i burned it up. then i bought a 67 chevy.

But since i had to take the engine out for my 67 chevy it has sat for 6 months. but now i am building a 1981 Z28 camaro engine, stock it had 270 H.P. but i am going to rebuild it and hop it up a little bit. also i am going to build custom headers and rebuild my tranny. also i am swapping in a narrowed ford 9 inch rearend that has 3:1 gear ratio that will be alot better than my old 2.56 gears it didnt have much bottom end power but had crap loads in top end so now it should do alot better.

 

i got a 87b2000 i put a 350 chevy & a gm 5 speed i got the stock rear end and it holds up just fine and i got lader bars as trackshen bars and i cut the fier wall and moved the motor back. the motor mounts are in the same spot as the stock motorand it looks good so if you want pics just email me at celli607@aol.com and give me your email [align=right]
