No.

Let's assume your real question is that your engine will not spin the engine when you try to start it. Measure the voltage at the battery. [Post that voltage here.] Have a helper turn the key all the way over to the start position (clutch pedal down for manual transmission, PARK for automatic). Again, measure the voltage at the battery. [Post that voltage here.]
Now, have a helper turn the key all the way over to the start position (clutch pedal down for manual transmission, PARK for automatic) andmeasure the voltage at the small terminal at the starter. [Post that voltage here.]

After you post back for those, we can decide whether the second part of this (clutch switch, auto interlock switch, or electrical part of the ignition switch) may be involved.

yea but all my question was ' does this truck have a starter relay. simply NO or YES
