Default smoke in the morning

Hey there....new newbie here.....
I have a '87 b2200 with a blue/gray smoke problem in the morning after it sit overnight. It is MUCH worse with cooler weather. Is this a valve seal thing?????

That sounds correct, a valve stem seal problem. After sitting overnight the oil drains through the seals and sits on top of the pistons until you start the engine again. Its not a difficult job to do with a little experience and good tools.
