Default please help 1990 b2200 cab plus

my 90 b2200 overheats all the time i replaced the thermostat flushed the radiator i just can not figure it out

If you do not have a bad head gasket, or entrapped air in the cooling system, I say it's time for a brand-new radiator. I had similar symptoms on mine 2-years ago, and I bought the 2-row radiator (stock on the automatic ones) and installed it.

2-row all-aluminum radiator: #433140 from O’Reillys (Murray). Be aware that the O'Reilly's photo for this shows a black brass/copper radiator though.
