Just wondering if anyone can tell me why I would have 4 o2 sensor codes all bad?

Probably because there are 4 of them. I copied this off of a Haynes video online.....welcome to the forum. BTW, that "Mazda" is really a Ford Ranger......with Mazda badges. In the North American market, after 1993 they were Fords......most of the rest of the world got real Mazda's.
