Default question about a 98 mazda B3000

i have a 98 mazda B3000 check engine light popped on so i ran the codes it came back with 3 of them

p1120,p0340,p0122

now before i go about replacing sensors is it common for both the tps and cam sensor to go at the same time?the truck is running fine with no problems at all wouldnt a cam sensor cause it to fail starting or run sluggish?is there something else that would cause it to throw those 3 codes.thank you

you are correct a cam sensor would kill the truck. if its running fine I would leave it alone. my 96 b4000 has had the same three codes for aover 4 years now. i just keep driving it.
