i am trying to find a engine for a b600i, does anyone know what engines will interchange with this engine, or know where i can buy one

 

i have worked with these trucks alot, and to my knowledge there are no engins that will bolt right in, The G6 engine shouldnt be hard to find, try your local scrapyard ( there are also a few on ebay). But other then that if you want to go with a different engine you will have to swap out the stock transmission or get a custom made bell housing.

 

I just went through this it is easier to call a local wrecker and see if they have one or just get one off ebay.

The G6 engine is the series of engine that is in the 91-93 b2600i trucks. This is the motor that you are gonna want. There are several listed on ebay right now. You should check them out.

 

i was also told the engine out of the MPV van would also interchange, is this true?
