Default Fuel Problems

I have a1993 b2600 4wd that just recently decided to quit starting. Have between 65-80 lbs. pressure out of fuel filter, have fire to plugs, will start on either. Would it be likely I have a pressure regulator problem.

This could be very likely, I can't remember how much pressure you are supposed to have a the regulator, could also be a bad relay.
