Electrical failure on 1990 b2600
I am trying to figure out an electrical failure on my 1990 B2600. I have installed a new 80amp main fuse amd removed and inspected the ignition switch. With a multi meter I checked continuity and the switch semis to be working ok. When I turned the key I get nothing. No dash lights, no indicators and nothing at the starter. The lights and hazard lights still work so I know it's not the battery. When I removed the ignition switch I checked the wires in the harness and none have power. Is there anything between the 80amp fuse and the ignition switch that would prevent power to flow. I can't see any breaks in the harness but I thought I would ask some questions before I start delving deeper into the wiring harness. Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers Ken

Fixed. After a lot of swearing and cursing and pulling things apart I found the problem. It was a two pin plug beside the battery had failed. One wire black and the other black with a green trace. Removed the plug and soldered the wires and it is now all good.
