Default desperate weber help on b2600

I installed a weber 32/36 carb on my 88 b2600. everything is fine except i can not figure out how the throttle cable is installed. my kits is like a wk-611, fuel line hook up is on the front and the throttle is on the rear facing the firewall. If anyone would have a pic or has one done i am in desperate need of information and am about to scrap the thing

Mount the bracket useing the two bolts holding the carb, the hole for the throttle cable is too small to work like the factory one,I plan on drilling out the hole so the threads of the cable can slide through, I haven't mounted the throttle cable yet on my 87 with the same kit, but doesn't seem like a problem! also you will need to cut the tip off the cable and use the special bolt and nut that is included in the kit to mount to the carb.

I hooked mine up today, kinda shade tree styly but oh well. I bolted the cable holder on the valve cover and pulled it snug, got a little bit of fix it all, electric tape, secured it. Got the longest spring I could find off the old carb and attached it to the the hole the throttle cable goes in and then hooked it on to the frame, works well. I just found out the reason I had no spark was a faulty distributor, 210 bucks, oh well.

Hey besides the vaccum advance hose, is there any other vaccum lines that need to remain intact? like the one marked with blue coming from the passenger side, and the one that the canister fed out marked green that goes pretty far down?

I have that "whistle when driving"

If your carb is whistleing it's probibley the carb leaking, make sure you ground down the bults for the spacer enough. that is what was causing my whistle.
