What do these codes mean? Are they important issues?

The best thing to do ( the definitions are readily available on the internet and much easier if you find and read them) is to use the internet and under Mazda type each one in and read what each one means.
Any trouble code is important many are giving you hints to a possible upcoming or active issue.

To further help if that is what you want the basic base line information needed is:

Model and year Mazda?
How many miles on your Mazda.
When was the first and or last (dates and mileage) transmission service performed and what specifically was it?
What exact symptoms are you having that are transmission related and when did they start?

These codes were discovered on an inspection on a vehicle I'm considering purchasing. Inspector found no issues when driving the vehicle. 2013 BT-50. 106,000 Km's

Ok well my suggestion is if you don't have the history I asked for that maybe either pass on that Mazda or have it checked out by an independent service shop with a certified auto tech. My guess is they are going to find some service work and parts needing to be done to correct the cause of those DTC.

Test driving does not always find issues and that is what a report from the ECU/PCM helps do. I am surprised the "inspector " did not mention this?

Good Luck and I hope you find a Mazda that fits your needs!

The inspector did suggest it be looked into. I wonder if the G-Scan2 used can detect faults in the Mazda/Ford 3.2L engine?

All fault codes are a begin point of reference to a possible issue. the diagnostic technician takes that information and start a problem-solving tree for steps to test and rule out some of the information in the end find the cause. I have a pretty good idea what caused them and the information I asked for would have directed a better answer from me but still not a resolve or absolute "fix".
They are legitimate codes based on the simple assuming the basic miles on the ruining gear for that year and averaging common sense service work that was generally not done during the vehicle's service life.

You may save some time and cost to go to a Transmission specialized shop?

The vehicle is located near Canberra, ACT. I have to rely on an inspector to buy the vehicle unseen then have it shipped to TAS. Very few deals in TAS.
