A/C compressor turns on/off

A/C compressor turns on/off
My A/C compressor in B2300 turns on and off constantly. This occurs only when I am using the A/C or the heater. You can see the compressor turn on, then off every couple of seconds. Heat nice and hot, A/C kinda cool, but may need recharge. Any ideas?
