BT50 Turbo 3.2 front floor wet where is the leak

Hi all ,new here , just acquired a BT50 that has a few issues that I would welcome some advice on.
Its a 2009 Auto twin cab.
Electric mirrors do not work, both right door curtesy light switches do not work, keyless entry does not work, but light comes on on the fob.
Worse of all , the alarm keeps going off when it feels like it!
Just wondering if there are any known issues.
I would very much appreciate some help.
