body part swap question

Default body part swap question
I have a 90 b2200 and was wondering if it is possible to swap the whole front clip from a 84 b2000? (fenders, hood, grill, bumper, core support) Wanting my truck to look like the 70's ford couriers.

note: I have the 2 side by side and it appears that the body lines will match up. If that was anyone's question
