Default b2500 transmission problems

I have a '98 B2500 manual and encountered a shifting problem. shifts fine, but the vehicle will bog down similar to being in too high of a gear. I press the clutch in and I have normal rpm control then release the clutch and drive normal until it happens again. No check engine light. Clutch is new along with the slave cylinder. Plenty of fluid. Is it time for a new tranny? Is this how they normally fail?

Are you sure this is a transmission problem and not an engine issue?

Is your truck up to date with an engine tune up?

it actually was an engine issue. massive air intake leak and being downstream of the mass airflow sensor there were no codes set off. . as soon as the truck wouldn't Idle I knew there was a leak
