Default b2200 stumbles under acceleration

My 93 mazda B2200 runs fine when idleing, and when you take it out of gear and hit the gas, but when it's in gear it accelerates till about 1400 rpm then falls flat on it's face. Any ideas?
P.S. I've changed spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, air filter, and vacuum lines just to eliminate all the common problems. Thanks Alex

seeing what all you have changed i would say it is in the electronics somewhere maybe not getting enough sparks or not enough fuel pressure or maybe even like a throttle position sensor. those are the only thigs i would think of. with the fuel it could be feeding it while ideling but when but to the floor it cont satisfy the engine or with the T.P.S it is sending good signal to the computer put when mashed it is not sending good signal. or you could have a weak coil.
