!990 Mazda B2600i Erratic Idle when warmed up
Hi,
I have a 1990 Mazda B2600i 4x4 5spd 212k miles that has a problem with a surging idle. The idle will go from 500 to 1200 rpm when warmed up at a stop sign. I have replaced the idle air valve, MAF sensor, and cleaned the throttle body with no change. Also have changed air filter, PCV, plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor. Also have ordered a rebuilt computer to replace the existing one that AVPRO rebuilt around 6 years ago. The engine was changed around 7 months ago with a used one from japan. Lastly, I was crawling around under the truck and noticed that the wires to the neutral safety switch were disconnected. Any help or ideas on what it could be would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
