No i haven't done the tests they wanted 50 bucks at napa and there just isnt any signs of the head gasket, when i flushed the radiator there was pleanty of flow top to bottom......

I would say that your head gasket is bad then or you have a cracked head, see if you can rent/borrow the pressure tester and see what you get.

Actually, I think that if it still has the original radiator, then that is the culprit. I added a new radiator to mine 2 years ago for that reason. I used a new all-metal 2-row radiator as used in the automatic versions, and I run a 195F thermostat, Arizona, doesn't even read half-way up.

Also, these are somewhat dificult to bleed out all the air from the cooling system, so that can also make a difference. Very rarely do water pumps not pump; they typically fail by leakage. They are just an impeller on a shaft.
