Default 1993 Mazda Question's

This weekend I am thinking of buying a 1993 Mazda. Its 2 door, short bed. It has a 4 cylinder, 5 speed, 4wd. I am wondering if the stock motor can turn 32' mud tires and also how much of a lift would I have to put on the truck to get 32"s to fit?

Yes, the stock motor will turn 32's, as long as you don't expect to need 5th for much. I have a 3" body lift on mine (suspension lifts are custom-build only) and my 33's fit just right.

Would it be better for me to just use 33's? I have a set of 33 Maxxis Mudder Buckshots and a set of 32's. What kind of gas mileage do you get with 33's on your truck?

32's will fit with very little fender triming here is a pic of mine with 32's and 2" blocks and shackles in the back with no trimming
