Has new battery and alternator, randomly dies, right now car isn't starting at all. There is a buzzing sound above the brake pedal and when you slightly tap the brake pedal the sound goes away, but there is a clicking sound (like a blinker selonoid) over on the passenger side where the fuse box is... it clicks in unison with security light on dash.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
