Default 01 B2300 A/C issue

My A/C works fine. But when the trottle is pushed, it seems the WOT (wide open throttle) fuse turns off the A/C. This is supposed to occur when the engin is floored, but it is now occuring when just pushing the accelerator minimumially.

It sounds like you are a little low on refrigerant. At idle the low side pressure in the A/C system is highest. As soon as the RPM's go up, the pressure drops and the low pressure cycling switch cuts off the compressor. This is to safety item for the compressor. Being that the truck is 5 yrs old this is not uncommon.
