I just got a new clutch put in and it keeps doing this:

What could that be???

 

At a guess, I'd say somebody forgot to put some intake vacuum plumbing back where it belongs, or else connected it incorrectly. Could be IAC,EGR,EVAP purge cct. you name it.
(Just looking at the video I thought holy crap, he's wrapped his throttle control cable around the windshield wiper actuator!)
Better go back to your guy and get some OBD codes.
