Default Turn Signal blinking fast

Hi,

I just replaced my battery in an 02 626 and I just noticed that the right turn signal is blinking fast, and only when the lights are on. Both signals work and the headlights work, has anyone seen this before or have any idea what might be causing it?

Thanks a lot

It sounds like you have a bulb burnt out. This is common with a bad bulb to blink fast. Look close and compare both sides on all bulbs to see if one is out.

I have seen it happen on a different make of car. One of the brake light elements had broken at the end rather than in the middle as is usually the case. The broken end had fallen and shorted to the parking light element.

Did you ever find out what was the cause of that? Because I just bought the same car with the same problem?

It's a burned out bulb. find it, replace it, and it should go back to normal speed.
