Timming belt changing instructions

timing belt recently broke in my mazda 323 87' 4cy sedan 1.6. I'm planning to replace it mysef if anyone can give me step by step instructions.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

here is an about.com article show how the timing belt gears should be. Im wait for the gasket to arive at reibes so I can put the head back on. I cant wait till I can drive to work and school again!
