Got an '89 Mazda 626, at times the idling will go up from 750 to 1100 and hanging over them, and up and down. Also the right turn signal blinks fast, I checked the bulbs and flasher and they are fine. When the weather is damp, such as when it rains, both problems are gone. Got any ideas?
