I have 2 rad fans and two rads due to the fact that i have a/c i belive but niether of the fans where turning... The one on the right when faceing the car seems to be dismounted... Default RE: Rad problems HELP!

You first need to verify that the fan has power going to it when it gets hot. It is possible to have something like a blown fuse, or relay problem, or a temp sensor problem. The best way to do to find if the fan motor is okay is to run jumper wires directly from the battery to test. There is no need to replace the coolant after it overheats.
