hello people, i just want to know what is your thought or suggestion on what kind of oil to use in a race car,i been using 5/30 and 10/30 castrol and works well and the walmart lube tech said to use 0/30 but now im going to use the high milage since its got some miles on it let me know what you think,i thought it was kinda weird to use that low of oil in a racing motor due to burn off,also a long time racing friend said i was dumb if i used it,lol,well just give me your idea
