Default OEM head thickness and gasket shim?

I have a '93 323 w/ 1.6 engine. the head has been milled 2x. it's not terribly warped because the cam shaft turns easily (un-oiled) but w/ enough resistance to be noticeable if you're looking for it (as opposed to say a hot wheels axle). I suspect I need a shim but I don't know what the original thickness of the head is supposed to be. can someone recommend a shim source and reference the original head thickness spec.

effusive thanks

2 days later:
found out the orig thickness is 107.4 to 107.6 mm. max grinding allowance is 0.20 mm & I'm within that so I'm just replacing w/ a stock head gasket. for joy!
