Default new here with a turn signal question

Hey not my car but i am not a mzda guy so here i am. My neighbors left turn signals do not work. not the front the rear or the dash. i was looking for a relay and did not know if it even has one for this car. but all the fuses are good and the bulbs check out. What could be the problem here i am stumped and he cant affod tot ak his car to the dealer.

There is a box that controls the signals. Mine went bad and the part was approx $65. Once I replaced it, the signals worked fine. Its a mazda part so you'll have to get it from the dealer or a junkyard (chances are slim).

It's located on the drivers side foot area. Once you pull the old one out and put in the new one, the signals should work. Mine was rectangle (90' Mazda 626LX).
