Ok new here, but here's the deal, in the process of buying a 86 626 lx, he said it wasn't running because the pump went bad, tested old pump and it wouldn't come on, tested voltage to pump and it's good, put in new pump, pump is not pumping fuel. What could be wrong here? inertia switch, relay, fuse? Where would these be if it could be one of them? I'm a honda guy myself, but getting this car for my gf because it's better than the tempo she's driving now. I need to go back out there today to see if I can get it running and drive it home. Any help is much appreciated, and yes I did search the forums already. Thank you.

 

Try checking the relay that might be it....
