Default Misfire on cylinder 3

My car has had a long standing misfire problem. Basically there is a permanent check engine light on the dash. Every morning on cold start after about 1 mile of driving it will flash about 8 times and then stop. If I push the car hard it may flash again. During this car the car seems lumpy and sluggish. There is a real lack of power. Usually after that the misfire settles down and the light won't flash again for the rest of the day.

I did take the car to have the code read and they told me that it was a misfire on cylinder number three and that it was probably the plugs/wires.

I bought and fitted these parts and reset the code. The light stayed off for about a week but then returned. If anything, the car feels even worse when cold now.

The car also has a really low idle. Like between 1-200rpm. Sometimes as I pull away it feels like it might stall.

I have replaced the throttle body, the maf sensor, the air filter, the spark plugs, the front oxygen sensor, the ignition cables and have run a few cans of carbon cleaner through the car. I am not sure what else to do now.

1) While doing that work you should have disconnected the battery

2) After the work you should have re-hooked up battery and let idle for 10 minutes before driving and let it re-learn for 50-100 miles (all at once not needed)
3) Not enough info: year, make, model, # cylinders, mileage, standard or automatic
4) how long have you been driving around with a misfire. Driving around with a misfire for a while leads to Catalytic Converter Failure.

You should replace ignition coil(s) and distributor cap/rotor if you have one.
