So im about to inherit a 1990 929s fully loaded. Its been sitting in the same spot outside for 19 years. I was wondering if there was any more info about this car and possible upgrades it might be able to have. Im looking for more than just the wikipedia info. Its an automatic 3.0 liter v6 je-ze DOHC. Im looking to upgrade the suspension with coilovers all around and upgrade the exhaust and intake. Ill upgrade the fuel system and ill upgrade the brakes and replace basically anything thats worn or is a gasket. Im basically going to rebuild the engine. I realize parts are hard to come by so i was wondering how interchangeable the parts would be with the mazda mpv. I was thinking about doing a manual swap from the mpv if that was even possible. Id imagine it is since they both use the same engine. Although id like to keep it rwd rather than 4wd like the mpv. So yea id like some info. What kind of repair manual should i buy and where can i get one in the first place. Also where would be a good place to get some cool aftermarket parts.
