Default Mazda 929 Turbo 1985 help.

Hi i'm new here and new to owning a 929 and love it, i want more power and i know how to do it but i need some help. The stock airflowmeter can not have a pod filter put on it and cannot be put on anything other than that wierd shaped intake. i have a spare 626 afm but dont know how to wire it in as i am afraid of blowing anything as they are totally diff connections and wires must be spliced. i really want to run an intercooler and bigger turbo but this is stopping me along with the fact i dont know which turbos fit on the stock manifold. i want to put a T3 running 10-14psi of boost and a nice sized IC, do i need a custom manifold? also i have no idea where to tap my boost gauge in as they all seem to be vacuum hoses.... im running the injected carby HB model SOHC. also which of these hoses can i remove to clean up my engine bay and for power (i dont care about fuel economy) i can provide pics if needed. I think that is all for now... thanks in advance.
