My check engine light came on so i went to autozone and to scan for the codes. I got p0445 (large evap leak), p0400 (EGR flow malfunction), p0420 (catalyst efficiency).
My question is this: would it be a good idea for me to buy a Haynes manual and take care of these problems myself or should I just leave it to a mechanic?
And if i let a mechanic handle it how much money should i expect to spend?

 

it could be a number of things... better go to a mechanic to diagnose the problem... that shouldnt be too expensive, then you can decide what to do...
